Curry sauce

A recipe for an easy and tasty curry sauce. A creamy sauce with cream, leeks and chicken broth. Suitable for chicken, fish and pork.

Curry is a mixture of spices, herbs, and other ingredients cooked together to create a flavorful sauce. The key ingredient in most curries is a blend of spices called curry powder, which usually includes turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger, and chili powder.

Recipe: Curry sauce

50 g butter
1 tbsp curry
1 leek 10 cm (shredded)
4 dl cream
1 chicken stock cube


Melt the butter and add the curry and leek, let it fry for a while.

Pour in the cream while whisking.

Add the stock cube.

Let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
