A delicious and filling bread without regular flour. Quite expensive but lasts a long time and doesn’t harden like regular bread. Can also be toasted.

Good to know 👍

Profiber is a product used to improve gut health and promote healthy gut flora. It is a type of dietary fiber that cannot be broken down by the body’s enzymes, meaning it passes through the digestive system without being absorbed or metabolized.

Profiber is rich in prebiotic fiber, meaning it acts as a food for the good bacteria in the gut. Increasing the amount of prebiotic fiber can promote the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and improve gut health.

The benefits of consuming profiber may include improved bowel function, reduced constipation, increased satiety, and improved absorption of nutrients.
