Parmesan cheese is a hard, flavorful cheese that originates from Italy. Recipe: Stuffed mushrooms

250 g large mushrooms
25 g butter
1 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
A few drops of lemon
1 tbsp frozen parsley or equivalent fresh
Grated parmesan or other hard cheese (can be omitted)

Let the butter come to room temperature.

Carefully pry off the stems of the mushrooms and chop them finely.

Mix the mince, butter, spices, lemon and parsley.

Fill the caps with the mixture.

Microwave for about 3-4 minutes on full power so that the butter bubbles.

Top with grated parmesan over the mushrooms.
