Timing
How far in advance you can prepare the sandwiches depends on the filling. The “wetter” the filling, the less time before serving you should prepare them.

Flatbread sandwiches are an excellent element of a buffet. They are easy to eat and offer variety for guests.

Appetizer
Serve the sandwiches as an appetizer before dinner or as a snack with drinks.

Starter
Flatbread sandwiches can also serve as a lighter appetizer.

Tip
Cut the sandwiches into bite-sized pieces, so they are easy to handle and eat.

Recipe: Flatbread sandwiches slices with tuna

3 flatbreads
1 can of tuna in water
0.5 dl olive oil
5 cm anchovy paste (available in a tube)
100 g natural cream cheese
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 dl chopped dill (frozen works well)
Black pepper
Salt
Iceberg lettuce


Mix tuna, olive oil, anchovy paste, cream cheese and mayonnaise.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the mixture on the flatbreads.

Then add lettuce all over the flatbread.

Roll up from the long side and cut into slices about 5 cm in size.
