Recipe: Flatbread sandwiches slices with tuna
3 flatbreads 1 can of tuna in water 0.5 dl olive oil 5 cm anchovy paste (available in a tube) 100 g natural cream cheese 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 dl chopped dill (frozen works well) Black pepper Salt Iceberg lettuce
Mix tuna, olive oil, anchovy paste, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture on the flatbreads.
Then add lettuce all over the flatbread.
Roll up from the long side and cut into slices about 5 cm in size.
