Potato salad with apple, pickles and horseradish together makes a tasty composition. The apple gives a nice crunch. A summery salad to eat as a main course or as part of a buffet.
Recipe: Potato salad with horseradish, pickles and apple

1 kg firm potatoes or new potatoes 1 flavorful (sour) apple 50 g pickles (2/3 whole pickles) 2 tbsp chopped chives (frozen chives work well) 2 tbsp grated horseradish 3 dl sour cream 3 tbsp mayonnaise 0.5 tbsp Dijon mustard Milk Salt and black pepper
Boil the potatoes in salted water and let them cool.
Cut the potatoes into large pieces.
Cut the peeled and cored apple and the cucumber into smaller pieces.
Mix all ingredients except the potatoes in a bowl. Dilute with milk if necessary to the desired consistency. Season with salt, pepper and perhaps more horseradish.
Combine the potatoes and sauce in a bowl and mix gently.
